Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Delivery across India usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may take longer. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships, and you can follow it on our Track your order page.
Shipping charges
Delivery is free across India on every order.
Payment options
Pay online by UPI, cards or net banking through our secure gateway, or choose Cash on Delivery where available. Please keep the exact amount ready for Cash on Delivery orders.
Returns and exchanges
See our Refund Policy. Shipping charges, if any, are not refundable on returns or exchanges.
Damaged or wrong item
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
